Cauliflower Watercress Salad

Directions

  1. Steam the cauliflower florets; drain and cool.
  2. French Dressing: Mix together the olive oil, wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Toss the cauliflower with the watercress, spring onions and 5 tablespoons of the dressing.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • Cauliflower is an excellent source of the antioxidant vitamin C. It is also a good source of fiber and vitamin K. Vitamin K supports bone and blood health.
