Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together raisins, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg and maple syrup; set aside.
- Core apples and pack the mixture tightly into the cavity.
- Pour water and apple juice into the bottom of a baking dish and arrange apples upright (tightly fit so as not to fall over).
- Mix the honey and oil together and drizzle evenly over the apples.
- Cover with foil and bake 20–25 minutes, until apples are tender.
